The first few levels of this game are still great examples of how to do semi-linear missions with little to no hand-holding. The game is worth the price of admission just for those. Be advised though, the second half of the game is, in my opinion, not good. The missions aren’t terrible to be fair. Rather, they’re forgettable. The final boss mission is so badly designed that in my last playthrough, I turned the difficulty down from Delta to Easy just so I could mark the game as done. But please don’t let that dissuade you. Crysis is still a great FPS that deserves to be played for all it does well.
