About Mining Champions:
This is one of those rare games that is almost pure fun, if you enjoy upgrading and like casual mining, you will love this game. You mine planets, comets and moons, each time you harvest the core it levels up, the blocks you mine can level up, the items you find can level up. You have a headquarters that can level up, you research buildings to add that can also level up, the people you employ can level up. The drill base and top can be replaced and levelled up. The cores you harvest are also used to level up various parts of the gameplay. The only thing I found you can’t level up is probably the mouse cursor! While the game is relaxing and the difficulty scales well to start with, I found the first two levels to be a lot of fun, but the third level was annoying to the point I could not be bothered to complete it (three harvests to max out the planets) as the monsters are there in the first level but pose no threat, second level they become mildly annoying and third level you are doing the same planet over and over hoping to catch a break. The hours at the time of review are maxed out company, maxed out top tier drill bit and head, fully explored all three levels and had a go at drilling all bodies. In order to finish the last level would require a lot of grinding and playing around with different employees to get through those last planets and so it lost its relaxed atmosphere and was no longer fun for me to play. Highly recommend to play though, I will definitely be playing this game any time I have that itch to level things up.
