About Slap Battles:
I know literally everyone is saying this but this game is better than Nick All-Star Brawl and cheaper, so if you’re trying to decide between the two get this one instead. There’s more to do in Slap City, although you’ll get even more out of it if you have friends who play this game. The singleplayer content includes a repetitive but kind of funny story mode, an arcade mode, a hit the targets type game, a few sports modes, and information about the characters. The multiplayer is where this game really shines though. The mechanics are full of wacky crazy that’s equally fun for both casual and competitive players. And all the characters are really unique and fun to play as, so even though there are only 9 of them you don’t need to worry about variety. Ludosity really deserves more recognition and I’m glad that Nick All-Star exists so that hopefully more people will learn about them. Definitely pick this up if you’re looking for a fun platform fighter. some platform fighters try to be more competitive but I feel like they often lose focus on being fun, and slap city is nothing but dumb fun it’s fantastic some of the best movesets and stages ive seen in a platform fighter, each being incredibly memorable and stupidly enjoyable I want more platform fighters that strive to be like this (also they all should have Air Strongs now those are so gooddd)played this game for about 10 hours now and ive never been so appalled at a game. jenny the cat is so horrific i don’t even want a cat anymore. that humongous fat fish that throws dumbbells will be the end off me. HOWEVER there is hope. goddess of explosions is so fun i nearly cry every time i play her. the pinnacle of gaming.
